LOWER BODY

1. BARBELL SQUAT

4-5 X 15 REPS –  BUILD UP TO A HEAVY WEIGHTS IF AVAILABLE

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:

  • BARBELL

NOTES:

  • increase weight each set

2. KETTLEBELL SUMO SQUATS

4 X 12-15 REPS EACH EXERCISE

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:

  • SMITH MACHINE

3. BARBELL FRONT SQUATS

4-5 X 10- 12 REPS –  BUILD UP TO A HEAVY WEIGHT FOR 10 REPS

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:

  • SMITH MACHINE

5. BARBELL LUNGES

3 X 15 EACH SIDE, 1 MIN REST AFTER EACH SET

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:

  • ASSISTED CHIN MACHINE

5. WALKING LUNGES

100 LOW WALKING LUNGES

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:

  • BODY WEIGHT BUT CAN ADD WEIGHT TO MAKE IT HARDER
