SOCIAL MEDIA ISNT THE REAL ME

LETS BREAK THE STIGMA

Everyone is going through their own struggles, don’t judge, be kind!

* THIS WAS A HARD POST JUST LIKE THE REST OF THE ONES WHEN ITS ABOUT BEING VULNERABLE BUT I HAVE TO KEEP TRYING TO SPEAK UP*

Recently I was told some hurtful things based on what they see on social media and making assumptions about what my life is about and that I should take a good hard look at what I’m portraying, ‘saying how could I possibly suffer from mental health’.... But I’ve learnt that that’s ok, I’m not here to be liked by all, we can’t please everyone. It’s human nature and I cannot please everyone but please try to take on these few factors

🌻You cannot base someone on what you see
🌻You cannot judge someone based on their social media
🌻People will smile even though their going through life issue
🌻People will show you what you want to see on their social media

There is power in vulnerability and talking about it, we shouldn’t hide purely based on others opinions or expectations.
I’m a people person so find it hard to write about my feelings or talk to a camera so unfortunately people won’t always get to know the real me so please try not to pass judgement based purely on someone’s social media.

I know I’m not alone! Let’s get rid of the stigma!!’
